Important Clarification
Our service facilitates legitimate student verification through authorized third-party providers. We do NOT create accounts on your behalf, and we do NOT bypass verification systems illegitimately. The verification is processed through official channels.
3. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our services, all sales are generally final once the verification process has been initiated or completed. This is because:
- Verification links are unique and cannot be reused once processed
- Our service involves immediate work upon order receipt
- Third-party platforms record verification attempts
- Verification costs are incurred by us regardless of outcome
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

4.2 Bundle Product - Partial Ineligibility

The partial refund is calculated as follows:
- The bundle discount is proportionally recalculated based on the products that were successfully activated
- The refund amount equals the difference between what you paid and the recalculated total for successfully activated products
- This ensures you still receive the benefit of bundle pricing for the products that worked
Example Calculation
If you paid $80 for the bundle (4 products) and 1 product is ineligible:
- Original bundle: $80 for 4 products
- 3 products activated: Recalculated at proportional bundle rate
- Refund: Difference between $80 and the fair value of 3 products with applicable discount
4.3 Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us immediately. Unprocessed duplicate orders will be refunded in full.
4.4 Service Not Initiated
If you contact us before we begin processing your verification (typically within 1 hour of order placement during business hours), we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

- Change of Mind: Requests for refunds simply because you no longer want the service after verification has been initiated.
- Account Issues: Problems with your own account that prevent discount activation (e.g., existing subscriptions, banned accounts, payment issues).
- Delayed Request: Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
6. Disclaimer - Third-Party Service Providers
Important Legal Notice
We are NOT responsible if any third-party service, such as Spotify, YouTube, Google, or Perplexity, suspends, revokes, or removes a student discount or subscription at any time after successful verification. Verification acceptance, ongoing eligibility, and subscription status are controlled entirely by the respective service provider.
Student discounts may be revoked by service providers at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Graduation or withdrawal from educational institution
- Failure to re-verify student status when required by the provider
- Policy changes by the service provider
- Detected violations of the service provider's terms of service
We do not guarantee that student benefits will remain active for any specific duration. Refunds are NOT available for benefits revoked by third-party providers after successful verification.
7. Refund Process
