2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and StudentPrice.deals ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StudentPrice.deals website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

We act as an intermediary that connects verified students with student discount programs. We are not directly affiliated with Google, Spotify, YouTube, Perplexity, or any other service provider mentioned unless explicitly stated.

4. Verification Policy

Our verification process is designed to ensure compliance with third-party service provider requirements:

• User Eligibility: Eligibility for student discounts must be proven by the user themselves. You must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited educational institution.
• Verified Individuals Only: Only individuals who successfully complete verification through approved third-party verification providers are eligible to access student plans.
• Third-Party Verification: We use third-party verification tools (such as SheerID or similar providers) solely as data processors. We do not store, process, or have access to your student identification documents.
• Final Decision Authority: The third-party service provider (Google, Spotify, YouTube, etc.) has the final decision on verification acceptance and eligibility.
• Identity Requirement: Each subscription must be tied to the original verified identity. Verification cannot be transferred to another person.

5. No Responsibility for Loss of Eligibility

Student discounts may be revoked by service providers at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Graduation or withdrawal from educational institution
• Failure to re-verify student status when required
• Policy changes by the service provider
• Detected violations of the service provider's terms

We do not guarantee that student benefits will remain active for any specific duration.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for any of the following:

• Reselling Access: Purchasing verification services with the intent to resell access to others.
• Account Sharing: Sharing verified accounts or verification links with individuals other than yourself.
• False Documentation: Submitting false, fraudulent, or manipulated identity documents or student credentials.
• Identity Fraud: Using someone else's student status, identity, or credentials to obtain verification.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our services.
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features.

7. Digital Goods & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (digital verification facilitation):

• Delivery: Services are delivered electronically via email or direct display upon payment confirmation.
• Refund Policy: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on eligible refund scenarios.
• Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from our platform, potential legal action, and reporting to fraud prevention services.

8. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information (email, country, SharedID link) required for the service.
• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the accounts being verified.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts or links provided to you.
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of all third-party platforms (Google, Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
• You acknowledge that student discounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Attempted fraud or misrepresentation
• Attempting to bypass verification systems
• Abusive behavior toward our support team
• Any activity we deem harmful to our platform or other users

Third-party service providers may also terminate your access to student discounts at any time according to their own policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
